Through West Virginia’s Neighborhood Investment Program (NIP), CASA-EP can issue tax credit vouchers to donors who give $500 or more. Your voucher is worth 50% of your gift against your West Virginia state tax liability — so a $500 gift costs about $250 out of pocket, and even less if you itemize federally.
Vouchers are limited and issued first-come, first-served while our annual allocation lasts. Available to individuals and businesses with West Virginia tax liability.
