Meet Cindy Kitner
Cindy Kitner is a dedicated finance professional who joined CASA-EP’s Board of Directors six years ago. Her commitment to strengthening the organization’s financial structure has helped CASA grow and maximize its impact in the Eastern Panhandle community.
According to Cindy:
“I joined the board because I’m really passionate about our community and doing everything we can to support it. Understanding that some of the most vulnerable members of our community are the children in CASA drew me to this mission.”

- Behind-the-Scenes Champion – While some board members focus on outreach, Cindy’s work in auditing and financial management has been crucial to CASA’s ability to sustain and expand programs.

“A lot of the work I’ve done has been behind the scenes, making sure we can build the program to serve more children and impact as many lives as possible.”
