Three decades ago a devastating fire ravaged the Heaven Hill distillery, destroying nearly 100,000 barrels of aging bourbon. Some exceptional pre-fire stock survived, creating legendary expressions prized for their bold, old-school character, bottled under the Elijah Craig label.
This exclusive tasting for up to 6 guests, hosted by a Certified Bourbon Steward and curator of a bespoke barrel-pick group, compares today’s acclaimed Elijah Craig releases with rare pre-fire single barrels and vintages. The tasting will be held inside a 1774 Frontier Cabin at the historic Rose Hill Farm and will include a fine pairing of barbecue.
